Sanctification

Acts 13: 38 -39

…38 “Therefore, my friends, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. 39 Through him everyone who believes is set free from every sin, a justification you were not able to obtain under the law of Moses.

Before, with the Laws of Moses, in the Old Testament, people used to sacrifice animals for sins to be forgiven. The New Testament opens our eyes and through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who died for us, His blood cleans all our sins, so no more sacrifices of animals.

We are all created by God'; and because we have all sinned and not deserved eternal life, He sent His Son Jesus Christ to the world so whoever believes in Him will be saved and will have Eternal Life.

Everybody belongs to Him, but all don't believe in Him. For those who believe in Him, opportunity is given to them. We can stand close to Him because of His love for us and grace. Jesus Christ was the only one who is without sins, and we are all washed by His blood.

God Himself does not remember our sins anymore, He forgave us; if we receive His Son as our Lord and Savior, otherwise, we will not be forgiven. For those who were saved, the only way is to apply sanctification in their lives. Through Him, everyone who believes is set free from every sin, a justification you were not able to obtain under the law of Moses is given by accepting Him as your Lord and Savior.

I want to make sure that through Jesus Christ the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you.

Dear Almighty God (Prayer to receive JC)

I come to you; I am a sinner. I want to turn from my sins, and i ask for your forgiveness, I believe that your Son Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins. I want Him to come into my heart and to take control of my life. I want to receive Him as my Lord and Savior from this day forward. Help me Dear Lord to do your will, not my will. Holy Spirit, guide me. I pray in your name Jesus Christ. Amen!

Prayer: God almighty, we are very thankful for everything you have done for all of us the entire year. Help us to receive your Son so our sins shall be forgiven as you said so. We thank you for the ministry you gave to us. We are thankful for our families because you are the one that made all of us and you command us to love one another. May this time of the year make us feel happier because you are closer to us and please help us to not feel isolated at all in Jesus Christ’s name. Holy God, help us to do your will, not our will but your will. Help us to know the real meaning of sanctification so we can apply it in all areas of our lives, everywhere we are.

We ask this in Jesus Christ name AMEN!
