The presence of God

 2 Chronicles 20:22

By coming together in one spirit and putting their faith in God. Judah stepped out by faith by believing that God is on their side; and will take over as they obey God’s instructions and believe in Him to change their situations. And God granted the victory to Judah; and made their enemies be defeated when Judah began to sing and praise as they went out to attack their enemies. God came against the enemies of Judah and defeated them completely to let the whole world know ,He is God, He is powerful and He makes things work for us when we totally trust and believe in Him and let Him advocate for us in times of our lives when we have no idea about how to get solutions or make things work.

As we obey Him, his instructions and take a leap of faith in knowing that He is our God, as we think of Him being our resource. We are to sing and praise Him, He is always going to be on our side as He sees our hearts and minds focused on Him. In complete adoration, reverence to Him, He is always going to be in control and help us to be victorious like Judah in life.

The challenge is for you to try singing, praising God at all times and when you are looking for solutions. You will always come out victorious as He sees you worshiping only Him and putting all your hope in Him. He will always change your atmosphere, and situations if you are tired and want to come out of your issues. He will always let you know you can count on Him when He leads you and instructs you; and as you obey Him, He will always make you victorious. You will also know that you worship a Mighty God that is for you and not against you.

One Saturday, I overcame some evil spirits after coming out of choir rehearsal, and as I stood up outside waiting for my ride, I started singing a powerful worship song. I kept on singing and heard a loud troubling noise of torment coming from a satan worshiper dressed like Satan and acting insanely possessed. He was trying to stop me from worshiping God through the song of praise I was singing that goes like this: “we speak to nations be broken, powers of darkness you have to flee. We speak to nations, the Kingdom is coming near to you to be free. We speak to strongholds to be broken…”. I did not stop and I asked God to help me. God made the person leave after he fought me spiritually and banged on the pillar that was between both of us as we were all standing and waiting. He ended up making more sounds of agonies and left because he could not tolerate the songs and what they were doing to him spiritually. I was safe and protected by God. I tried singing and praising God at home too and it always works in my favor.

I remembered one of my neighbors was always complaining all the time when I started singing and praying. I was never loud and he lived upstairs and I lived downstairs. Whenever I begin singing and praying, He is always tormented and he is always ragefully against me and trying to stop me by talking to the rest of the neighborhood about me. When I was done singing to God and praying, he never had anything to say. He told the whole neighborhood that if I continue he will leave or I will be the one to leave. He told everyone that he believes I am forming some religious movement and that I need to be stopped before it is too late. He ended up leaving. I knew from there too that there is a supernatural manifestation when we sing and praise God and that can always ambush our enemies. You can always feel it when you're being persecuted and when God is with you, you always see Him getting you out of the obstacles as you revere Him.

Prayer: Father God, we thank you for everything you are doing for us. We thank you for always protecting us from our enemies and making us know that when we believe in you, sing, praise you with a sincere heart of adoration, reverence, obedience and follow your instructions; we will always be victorious in life. We thank you for being our Power and destiny changer. We pray you teach us what to sing and how to praise you to always experiment your presence in all we do. in Jesus Christ's name we pray. Amen!
