New Creature in Jesus Christ

2 Corinthians 5: 17

Almighty God loves us so much and therefore, He gave His only Son, Jesus Christ, that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life when we are saved; John 3:16 can be read and meditated upon.
Eternal or everlasting life means Jesus Christ will be the one living in us, guide us, change us. We will be a new creature and even if we die, our soul will continue to live. Jesus Christ paid for our sins by laying down his life for us on the cross of Calvary. When we give our lives to him, He will be the one who will take control of us, but if not, we will pay ourselves for our sins and go to hell.

When we pray, Jesus Christ is the one receiving our prayer, prays again on our behave, then lifts it to His Father. Jesus Christ’ s blood has been poured for us when He was crucified because of our sins. That blood cleanses us, makes us white as snow. This tells us that Christ is faithful and just to us. What can we give Him in return to show our gratitude to Him? May we all do an inventory of our lives and give our personal and genuine answer to Him and if you are not saved, ask Him to help you with that process.

Prayer: God Almighty, I want to know you and have a genuine relationship with you. Help me to become a new creature as I confess my sins and invite you to be my personal Lord and Savior. Forgive me for all the things I have done in the past that are not right. I am close to walking with you now and I want to be transformed by you. I do not want to live like many in the world are living and pleasing other gods. Always speak to me and draw me closer to you and teach me your ways in Jesus Christ’s name. Amen
