"When the Lord took up Elijah into heaven... Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal... Bethel... Jericho... the Jordan..." 2 Kings 2 Your determination, faith, and perseverance are the necessary ingredients for the "sauce of success" in your life here on earth. Several student prophets enrolled in Elijah's school of prophets, but only one made a difference: Elisha. What were the signs that guided Elisha on the path to success? - Gilgal: A heart entirely devoted to God. God looks throughout the earth to support men and women whose hearts are entirely devoted to Him. Trustingly, give Him your heart right now. - Bethel: Your heart, the dwelling place of the God of love. You are a center of love, for "Agapao" love, the incorruptible and infallible love, is already poured out in your heart by the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5). You are incarnate love, so manifest this love on your path, at all times, and in all circumstances. - Jericho: Time to overthrow all the walls opposing your progress. The Jerichos of your life are not impregnable cities. You have powerful weapons in your possession to overthrow the walls that have taken your heart by storm. Fill your heart with joy and your mouth with praise, and shout victory cries! And your Jericho will fall.
